Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, joining a launch list, submitting a review request, viewing COA records, or purchasing any approved material, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request products.

Age and Purchaser Eligibility

The site is intended for users who are at least 21 years old and who are acting on behalf of a lawful research, analytical, institutional, biotechnology, or otherwise qualified laboratory purpose.

By creating an account, submitting an order request, or accepting these terms at checkout, you represent that you are a qualified professional or qualified research purchaser and that your requested materials are for lawful research purposes only.

Account creation or login does not guarantee a right to purchase. VSA BioScience may approve, reject, cancel, refund, or request more information for any order or inquiry.

Research-Use-Only Materials

Products are not food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, compounded medications, pharmacy products, or consumer products. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

• No human or animal administration.
• No self-experimentation or consumer resale.
• No clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary, or veterinary use.
• No diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
• No use that violates federal, state, local, or international law.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for determining whether a product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, stored, transferred, and used for the buyer's intended research purpose and jurisdiction. Buyers represent that materials will be handled only by trained and qualified personnel in an appropriate controlled environment.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold VSA BioScience harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising from buyer's misuse, misrepresentation, unlawful possession, unauthorized transfer, or use outside the research-use-only restrictions stated here.

Certificates and Product Information

COAs, purity information, batch notes, lot identifiers, and product descriptions are provided for documentation and quality-review purposes only. A certificate does not represent regulatory approval, medical suitability, or fitness for consumer, human, animal, dietary, cosmetic, or drug use.

Orders, Payments, and Availability

Product availability, displayed pricing, pack sizes, and shipping options may change without notice. Payment functionality may remain disabled until merchant approval, legal review, product review, batch-release status, and purchaser qualification are complete. Checkout requires account access, research-use attestations, acceptance of these Terms, and manual review before fulfillment.

VSA BioScience does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders may be canceled, held, or refunded if the shipping address, purchaser type, research field, jurisdiction, COA status, or intended use cannot be approved.

Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks

Approved cancellations before fulfillment may be refunded. Due to chain-of-custody, storage, tampering, and documentation concerns, research materials may be ineligible for return after shipment. Fulfillment errors, damaged shipments, missing items, or documented carrier issues are reviewed under the Shipping and Returns policy. Buyer agrees to contact VSA BioScience support for review before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Prohibited Activities

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false purchaser information, scrape account data, bypass review controls, resell products to consumers, or promote any product for human-use, animal-use, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary, or medical purposes.

Intellectual Property

The VSA BioScience name, site design, graphics, product labels, copy, data structures, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VSA BioScience and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and materials are provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. VSA BioScience is not responsible for unlawful, improper, unqualified, or off-label use of any material.

Changes to These Terms

VSA BioScience may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
