Each sellable lot is tracked against intake records, supplier documentation, and VSA BioScience release status.
Certificates and analytical reports are reviewed before a lot is presented as available for purchase.
Documentation questions, shipment problems, and order concerns are handled through support with order and lot records.
Before a lot is released, VSA BioScience reviews product identity, stated mass, supplier batch information, chain-of-record details, label consistency, and available third-party analytical documents. When VSA BioScience commissions additional testing, those records are tied back to the matching lot.
If VSA BioScience ships the wrong product, wrong size, damaged material, or a lot that cannot be matched to the documentation represented at purchase, contact support promptly with your order number and photos of the received package. After review, VSA BioScience may replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the affected item according to the Terms and Shipping policies.
The guarantee does not cover human use, animal use, in-vivo use, misuse, unauthorized transfer, resale to consumers, storage outside recommended conditions, buyer error, speculative expectations, or any claim that a research material is fit for medical, therapeutic, dietary, cosmetic, or consumer application.
Email support with your order number, product name, lot number, package photos, and a clear description of the issue. Keep all packaging and labels until the review is complete.
Send documentation, lot, shipment, or order questions to support.
