Everything we sell is a laboratory reference material for lawful non-clinical research by qualified purchasers. It is not a drug, not a supplement, and not for human or animal consumption. We publish no dosing information and make no claims about what any material does in a person. Our full position is on the regulatory position page.

You must be 21 or older and buying for lawful laboratory research. Checkout requires an account with a verified email address — we do not offer guest checkout. Orders are reviewed before they ship, and we can decline or refund an order that does not meet those conditions.

Yes. Every sellable lot is tested by an independent laboratory for purity and identity before it can be sold, and the certificate is published against the lot number on the vial. A lot cannot be released for sale in our system without a certificate on file. There is more detail on how every lot is tested.

Yes. Every published certificate is on the certificates page, including prior lots where a product has been through more than one. You do not need an account to read them.

The lot number printed on the vial label matches the lot number on the certificate, and the same lot number appears on the packing slip in the box. If a vial ever arrives without a lot number you can match, email support and do not use it.

Standard shipping is free on every order and most orders arrive in 2–6 business days. 2-Day is $25 and Overnight is $60, both ordered by 12 PM Pacific and counted from carrier pickup. Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days of approval.

The fifty United States and the District of Columbia only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes, mail drops, freight forwarders or package-forwarding services. An order to one of those may be held, cancelled or refunded after review.

Product is not returnable once it has shipped, because we cannot verify how material was handled after it leaves us. If something is wrong with what you received, email support with your order number and the lot number — remedies are replacement or refund at our discretion. They answer different questions: purity is what proportion of the peptide material is the target compound, and net content is how much of that compound is actually in the vial. A vial can be high purity and still contain less material than the label says. We wrote this up in net peptide content vs purity.

Yes, to approved accounts. Wholesale is a special-order desk: you build a list from our supplier's catalogue, choose which products you want independently tested, and we quote the goods, the testing at cost and our fee as separate lines. Start at the wholesale page — access is granted per account.

Yes. Commission is set when your code is issued and stated in your approval email, and the terms are published in full. You can apply on the affiliates page.
