The release rule

Every lot in the ledger is evaluated against the same four conditions before it is offered for sale. This is the actual logic the storefront runs, not a summary of intent:

  1. No certificate on file → held. The lot sits in testing. New stock is recorded on arrival and stays unsellable until its certificate returns, which is usually weeks later.
  2. Certificate marked fail → held. A failed result routes the lot to human review. It does not reach the storefront while that is pending.
  3. Purity below 99% → held. An independent floor, checked separately from the certificate's own verdict, so a sub-specification result cannot pass on review error alone.
  4. Out of stock → held. A sold-out lot is retired rather than left listed. The next batch is a new lot with its own certificate and is tested from scratch.

A lot is sellable only when it clears all four. At the time this page was generated, 14 lots are on file and none has been released without a certificate. 4 are currently awaiting one and are held from sale.

What the laboratory tests

Testing is third-party. Certificates are issued by Freedom Diagnostics Testing in Franklin, Tennessee, an outside analytical laboratory that we commission and pay to test our own stock. One vial is drawn from each lot and consumed by the testing — it is a cost per lot, which is the reason most suppliers publish a manufacturer's certificate instead of commissioning their own.

Purity and identity together establish what the material is and what fraction of it is the intended compound. Net content measures how much is actually in the vial against the labelled amount — the check that catches underfill, and the one an appealing purity figure can hide. Across the 10 certificates on file, measured net content met or exceeded the labelled amount every time.

Nothing below 99% purity is released. That is the floor the ordering system enforces, not an average and not an aspiration — a lot testing under it is held regardless of how much stock is on hand.

Measured purity across certified lots currently runs 99.36% to 99.92%. The range is published alongside the floor on purpose: the floor tells you what is guaranteed, the spread tells you what was actually found, and a single flattering figure would tell you less than either.

Verifying it without taking our word for it

Each certificate carries a verification key and a QR code that resolves to the laboratory's own hosted copy of the report. The result can be confirmed at the source, independently of anything published here. A certificate that only exists as an image on a vendor's website is not evidence of much; one that the issuing laboratory will confirm is a different thing.

Per-lot certificates are available in full to account holders, including the batch, measured amount, purity to two decimal places, test date and the report itself. A free account is all that is required — no purchase, no order. They sit behind an account rather than on this page because a certificate names the compound it tests, and publishing those openly would turn an analytical document into product advertising. That is the line a research-use-only supplier is expected not to cross, and the reason this page reports the aggregate instead.

What this page does not tell you

Nothing here says what any material does, or that any of it is suitable for human or animal use. It is not. These figures describe analytical chemistry and release procedure — how a vial's contents are confirmed to be what the label says, in what amount, at what purity. Questions about handling, storage, reconstitution chemistry and documentation are answered in the education library. Questions about use are not answered anywhere on this site, by anyone here, in any channel.
