VSA BioScience materials are intended only for lawful laboratory research, analytical validation, and controlled non-clinical investigation by qualified purchasers. They are not intended for human use, veterinary use, consumer use, or any in vivo application.

Not FDA-Approved Products

Products listed by VSA BioScience are not represented as FDA-approved drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, pharmacy products, or compounded medications. Product pages, customer support, labels, social posts, and email campaigns should stay limited to research context, certificate records, lot status, availability, and order-review information.

Not a Pharmacy or Medical Provider

VSA BioScience is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, medical provider, clinic, prescriber, or provider of medical advice. VSA BioScience does not recommend any use of any product in humans or animals.

Purchaser Review

VSA BioScience may request purchaser name, email, company or institution, business type, intended laboratory use, age confirmation, and research-use attestations before approving any order. Review may also consider product type, jurisdiction, shipping address, lot status, and documentation availability.

COA and Batch Documentation

COAs and analytical reports are provided for research documentation and quality review. Vendor-provided reports should be distinguished from VSA BioScience batch-release documentation. A COA does not make a product suitable for human, animal, medical, dietary, cosmetic, or consumer use.

Licensing and Jurisdiction

VSA BioScience does not assume that every product can be sold to every buyer in every jurisdiction. The need for business licenses, reseller permissions, sales-tax registration, import/export controls, chemical registrations, drug-distribution rules, or other obligations depends on the exact product, buyer, use, and shipping location.

Blocked or Canceled Orders

VSA BioScience may block, cancel, refund, or refuse fulfillment if an order cannot be confirmed as appropriate for lawful research use by a qualified purchaser, or if product, payment, shipment, certificate, or jurisdiction review raises concerns.
